|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
How to use it
- List each area or item: preparation surfaces, chopping boards, fridges, floors, bins, equipment.
- Say how often (after use, daily, weekly) and the method or product.
- Staff initial the day it was done. A blank square means it wasn’t done: note why.
- A manager checks the sheet each week.
When paper gets hard to keep up
Paper sheets get missed on busy days, filled in at the end of a shift, and lost when you need them. In Hygivo, cleaning tasks come due on their own schedule, show as done, due or missed, and record who did each one and when. Cleaning checklists in Hygivo.
